It works:
Admin:
• Process commences once user subscribes for any tour from Akbran Tour and it is allotted to him. Admin will create user account of the respective user in admin.
• After User account creation, a mail will be received by user comprising of respective login detail.
• User can now download the app from app store and can login using credential given in mail.
• As he is the authorized user, admin can assign him itinerary that will have the detail of his subscribed package along with chauffer and guide details.
• Dashboard is used to trace user location to ensure their safety and security.
• It facilitates important document uploading for user. For instance- tickets, passes.
• Live Chat to interact with user, so that their queries are responded instantly.
• Suggestion feature to receive and respond suggestions.
User:
• After login, user location will be traceable by admin.
• User can share his location with his kith & kin to keep them updated with his whereabouts.
